Lever Repairs INC is a family owned heating and cooling company. This policy explains what we collect when you get in touch through this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, your town, and your message.
• Request Service form: your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work is needed, the type of request and system, your preferred day and time window, and what you tell us about the problem or the maintenance visit you want.

How it is used

We use these details to answer your question, schedule your service call and send you an email confirming the appointment window our office has set. We do not sell or rent the information you send us.

Where it goes

When you send the Contact or Request Service form, your submission is emailed to the Lever Repairs office through Resend, the email delivery service this website uses. Resend only transmits the message and does not use it for any other purpose. The forms do not keep a copy of your message in a database on this website.

This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies of its own. Pages with a map load Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Otherwise the site only uses what it needs to work: serving the pages to your browser and sending the forms you fill in to our office. Nothing is used for marketing.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this notice and the date at the top of this page first.

We want everyone in our community to be able to use this website, read about our services and request a visit. The site is built to work on phones, tablets and computers, and with assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation and screen magnifiers.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes:

• Every page and form can be used with a keyboard alone.
• A clear focus outline shows where you are on the page.
• Images carry text descriptions, and form fields have written labels.
• Text and buttons are set in colours with strong contrast.
• Animation stops when your device is set to reduce motion.
